1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing sipline.fr and using the SipLine software, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

SipLine is a Windows SIP softphone published by FeelAutom (Sole Trader). The service includes: the downloadable SipLine software, subscriptions providing access to updates and technical support, and a Plugin Marketplace allowing users to extend the software's capabilities.

3. Licence of Use

The SipLine licence is granted for personal or professional use according to your current subscription. It explicitly excludes:

  • Modification, decompilation or reverse engineering of the software
  • Redistribution, resale or transfer of the licence to third parties
  • Creation of derivative works without prior written authorisation
  • Any use contrary to applicable laws or of a fraudulent nature

4. Service Availability

The publisher strives to keep the service continuously accessible but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance operations may temporarily suspend access, with reasonable notice where possible. The publisher shall not be held liable for service interruptions beyond its control.

5. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and not share them
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable legislation and these Terms
  • Not attempt to access the systems or data of other users
  • Report any security incident or abusive use to contact@feelautom.fr

6. Intellectual Property

SipLine, its source code, graphical interface and all its features are the exclusive property of FeelAutom and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws. Plugins available on the Marketplace remain the property of their respective authors.

7. Limitation of Liability

The publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, business interruption or consequential harm resulting from the use or inability to use the service. The publisher's total liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications to Terms

The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any significant changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
