Delivery Terms

Digital Delivery Only
SipLine sells exclusively digital products in the form of activation keys and subscriptions. No physical shipment is made. "Delivery" consists of the immediate availability of a licence key or plugin activation key in your customer account.
Delivery Times
Delivery is instant. Upon confirmation of your card payment (via Stripe or Stancer):
- A confirmation email is sent immediately to your email address.
- Your activation key or subscription key is available without delay in your customer account, under "My Licences".
- The SipLine software download is accessible from the Download page — the activation key unlocks the features of your plan.
Delivery Fees
The provision of activation keys is entirely free, with no additional charges, regardless of your geographical location.
Payment Methods
Payments are accepted by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via the secure platforms Stripe and Stancer. Both payment processors may be used independently depending on the active configuration at the time of your purchase.
Assistance
If you have not received your confirmation email within 15 minutes of your purchase, we recommend:
- Checking your junk or spam folder.
- Logging in directly to your customer account at sipline.fr, under "My Licences".
- Contacting our team at contact@feelautom.fr with the email address used during payment.
