Refund Policy

Overview

SipLine sells activation keys and subscriptions in the form of digital codes. Due to their intangible nature and instant delivery, our refund policy follows the rules applicable to digital content as defined by the French Consumer Code.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to activation keys and digital subscriptions once their execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent. The provision of the key in your customer account constitutes the start of execution. By proceeding with payment, you expressly acknowledge waiving your right of withdrawal.

2. Refund Conditions

No refund will be issued once an activation or subscription key has been delivered, except in the following case:

Major unresolved technical defect: if the software has a serious malfunction making it completely impossible to use, and our support team has been unable to resolve it within 30 working days, a refund may exceptionally be considered.

3. Subscriptions

SipLine subscriptions renew automatically at each billing date. You may cancel at any time from your customer account — your access remains active until the end of the paid period. No refund is granted for the subscription period current at the time of cancellation.

4. Free Trial Version

To avoid any disappointment, we offer a free trial version of SipLine. We strongly encourage you to test the software in your environment before making any purchase, to verify its compatibility with your hardware and SIP infrastructure.

5. Special Case of Plugins

Plugin activation keys purchased on the SipLine Marketplace are digital products delivered instantly. Their refund policy follows the same rules as stated above. If you experience a problem with a plugin, contact us for mediation.
