Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time. Billing will be adjusted pro-rata for the current month.
Is SipLine compatible with my current VoIP provider?
Yes, SipLine is a standard SIP client. It works with any SIP-compatible operator (OVH, Twilio, Keyyo, RingCentral) as well as IP-PBXs like 3CX, Asterisk or FreePBX.
What's the difference between Community and Premium plugins?
Community plugins are free and open-source. Premium plugins are professional-grade extensions (recording, SDK, etc.) available starting from the Starter plan.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, SEPA transfers for businesses, and PayPal. Annual billing by transfer is available for Pro and Enterprise plans.
Do you offer on-premise licenses?
For the Enterprise plan, we offer fully isolated deployment options for critical infrastructures, with no dependency on the SipLine cloud.
