Zero-Knowledge Commitment
SipLine never collects or stores your SIP credentials, call logs (CDR) or the content of your communications. This data never passes through our servers. The SIP credentials you configure in the software are stored exclusively on your local machine, protected by Windows DPAPI.
1. Data Collected
The only data we collect is the following:
- Email address Provided when creating your account, used solely for authentication and subscription-related communications.
- Billing information Name, address and billing details voluntarily entered in your customer account for the issuance of invoices.
- Technical logs IP address and User-Agent automatically recorded for security purposes (kept for 30 days maximum).
- Anonymous telemetry The SipLine software may transmit anonymous telemetry data (errors, performance) containing no personal or SIP information.
2. Use of Data
Collected data is used to provide and improve the service, process payments, send technical notifications, manage licenses and plugins, and respond to support requests. Data is never sold to third parties.
3. Data Sharing
We only share your data with providers necessary for service operation (hosting, payment via Stripe). No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Sharing may also occur when required by law.
4. EU Hosting
Your data is hosted exclusively within the European Union. We refuse any data transfer to third countries without equivalent GDPR protection.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)

6. Cookies & Tracking
SipLine does not use any advertising cookies or third-party trackers. We use session cookies required for authentication, as well as anonymous audience measurement cookies to analyse site traffic. You can opt out via your browser settings.
