End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

1. Definitions

  • "Software" refers to the SipLine application, including all updates, patches and associated documentation.
  • "Licensor" refers to FeelAutom, the publisher of SipLine, registered in France.
  • "User" or "You" refers to any natural or legal person who installs, downloads or uses the Software.
  • "Licence" refers to the right of use granted under this agreement.

2. Licence Grant

Subject to the terms of this agreement and payment of applicable fees, FeelAutom grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Software.

  • Personal use: you may install and use the Software on a single device for personal, non-commercial purposes under the Free plan.
  • Professional use: a valid paid licence (Pro or Enterprise) is required for any commercial or professional use of the Software.
  • Per-seat licensing: each licence entitles one (1) named user to use the Software on up to two (2) devices simultaneously.

3. Restrictions

You may not, directly or indirectly:

  • Reverse engineer, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
  • Copy, distribute, sell, sublicense or otherwise make the Software available to third parties.
  • Decompile, modify or create derivative works based on the Software.
  • Transfer, assign or sublicense your licence rights to another party without prior written consent from FeelAutom.
  • Circumvent, disable or tamper with any licence validation, copy protection or security mechanism of the Software.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software, including its source code, architecture, user interface, documentation, trademarks and logos, is and remains the exclusive property of FeelAutom. This licence does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Updates and Support

FeelAutom may, at its sole discretion, release updates, patches or new versions of the Software. Access to updates and technical support depends on your active subscription plan. FeelAutom is under no obligation to provide updates or maintain backward compatibility with previous versions.

6. Marketplace Plugins

Third-party plugins available through the SipLine Marketplace are licensed separately by their respective authors. FeelAutom does not guarantee the quality, security or compatibility of third-party plugins. Each plugin is subject to its own licence terms, which you must accept before installation. FeelAutom shall not be liable for any damage arising from the use of third-party plugins.

7. Duration and Termination

This licence is effective from the date of installation or first use and remains in force for the duration of your subscription. FeelAutom may terminate this licence immediately if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession. Free plan licences are granted for an indefinite term but may be revoked in case of misuse.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. FeelAutom does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. You use the Software entirely at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FeelAutom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software. In any event, FeelAutom's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Software during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
