Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the sale of SipLine products and services by FeelAutom, Sole Trader (SIRET 514 554 005 00041), to individual or professional customers. Any purchase implies full and unreserved acceptance of these TCS.
2. Products and Pricing
SipLine is offered through two complementary models:
- Subscriptions (monthly or annual) providing access to updates, technical support and all SipLine features according to the chosen plan.
- Plugins available on the Marketplace, sold individually (one-time purchase), developed by the publisher or third-party developers.
Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of applicable taxes.
3. VAT
As a micro-enterprise (auto-entrepreneur), VAT is not applicable to sales made by FeelAutom, in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Displayed prices are therefore net prices, excluding VAT.
4. Order and Payment
Payment is made online by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via the secure platforms Stripe or Stancer, depending on the active configuration. For subscriptions, renewal is automatic at each billing date unless cancelled beforehand from the customer account. The activation key or subscription key is delivered instantly in your customer account upon payment confirmation.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content not supplied on a physical medium once execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, the consumer having expressly waived their right of withdrawal. By proceeding with payment and downloading or activating the software, the buyer expressly acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal.
It is strongly recommended to use the free trial version before making any purchase.
6. Support and Warranty
The publisher undertakes to provide technical support by email and to correct reported bugs as quickly as possible. No guarantee of results is provided regarding the suitability of the software to each customer's specific needs. Support is included with active subscriptions.
7. Subscription Cancellation
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time from their customer account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No partial refund is made for the remaining period, except as provided in Article 8.
8. Refunds
No refund will be issued after the purchase or activation of a licence or plugin, except in the event of a major technical defect that the support team was unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe. For exceptional requests, contact us at contact@feelautom.fr.
9. Disputes
In the event of a dispute relating to an order, the buyer is invited to contact the publisher first at contact@feelautom.fr to seek an amicable resolution. Failing agreement, any dispute shall be subject to French law and the jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
