SMS Messages OVH: professional SMS integration
This plugin integrates OVH Telecom SMS services into SipLine. It lets you manage your SMS conversations, receive real-time notifications and keep a local history of all your exchanges.
SipLine CRM Connector: instant CRM integration
SipLine CRM Connector bridges your softphone and your CRM system. When an incoming call arrives, the matching customer record opens automatically in your browser. You can also search manually from the toolbar, trigger a CRM lookup from any contact or call history entry, and push call events to any external system via webhooks.
SipLine DND Scheduler: automatic Do Not Disturb
DND Scheduler turns Do Not Disturb on and off for you, following a weekly schedule. Define your working hours day by day, and SipLine stops ringing outside them, then becomes reachable again on time. If you switch Do Not Disturb off outside your hours, the plugin asks for confirmation first, so you are not disturbed by mistake. Your schedule is kept when SipLine restarts.
SipLine Recordings: call recording manager
SipLine Recordings adds a Recordings tab to SipLine. It lists the MP3 and WAV files present in the SipLine recordings folder and completes each one with the details found in the call history: contact, number, direction, date and duration. From this tab you can play a recording, export it to the folder of your choice or delete the file. The plugin never sends audio over the network.
SipLine Transcription: transcription of recorded calls
SipLine Transcription converts SipLine call recordings into text. Transcription runs either on the computer with local Whisper, offline and without sending the audio anywhere, or in the cloud with the OpenAI Whisper API or Azure Cognitive Services Speech, using your own key. Each transcription is saved as a Markdown or plain text file, next to the recording or in the folder of your choice.
